Lodge Facilities
UTILITIES The water supply comes from the site’s own borehole. Gas supply comes from the site propane plant (so no bottles to change!). Sewage is handled by site’s own treatment plant installed at the bottom of the site which allows discharge directly to the stream, in an eco-friendly manner.
MOBILE PHONE Up on the hill in the distance there is a mobile phone mast, in line of sight, which gives 100% 4G signal (on EE at least).
INTERNET There is free site-wide WiFi available, instructions for connection in the book of words.
REFUSE There is a bin store close to the lodge with bins for glass, plastic/paper/cardboard, general waste.
Inside
Entrance hall with utility sink and washing/drying machine and central heating combi boiler.
Kitchen diner with microwave, small oven/grill, large oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, hot water dispenser, dishwasher. Breakfast bar, dining table seating four, window seat.
Sitting room with double sofa, snuggler sofa, armchair, coffee table, USB charging point, electric fire, TV & Blue Ray/DVD/CD player, Bluetooth sound system.
Snug View over deck across valley, desk, armchair & bookshelves.
Main bathroom Sink, toilet, bath with shower over, towel radiator, under floor heating.
Main bedroom King size double bed, dressing table & mirror, hair dryer, bedside cabinets. Leading to: dressing room with hanging spaces, shelves and drawers (iron and ironing board stored here too). Leading to: Ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, shower, heated towel rail, underfloor heating.
Second bedroom Dressing room with dressing table & mirror, wardrobe and drawers, leading to: bedroom with twin single beds and bedside cabinets.
